JWI is pleased to announce the addition of David Provance, R.G., L.HG. Dave is an expert in the areas of aquifer characterization, well construction, and contaminant transport. Dave has over 22 years of experience in environmental consulting and holds a B.S. degree in Geology and an M.S. degree in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Geochemistry. He has provided technical expertise, regulatory compliance, insurance claim past cost evaluations, and litigation support services on projects including petro-chemical, metal machining, and dry cleaner facilities, USEPA-lead RCRA Hazardous Waste Treatment Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facilities and CERCLA Sites, and Sites under the direction of US Department of Defense (DOD), US Department Energy (DOE), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and numerous state agencies across the country. Areas of expertise include groundwater remediation via bio-augmentation and chemical oxidation, fractured bedrock aquifers and tracer dye studies, 3-D groundwater fate and transport modeling, environmental data management, and regulatory compliance.
