Wozniak has over 17 years of environmental consulting
experience specializing in engineering, management,
litigation support and regulatory compliance. His diverse
expertise include expert testimony on environmental
pollution matters, evaluation and analysis of environmental
and asbestos claims, assessment of industrial water and
wastewater quality for manufacturing facilities, and
developing sustainability strategies for businesses. Mr.
Wozniak has been effective in developing a
strategically-focused and holistic approach to evaluation
and effective resolution of environmental challenges in
today’s complex business world.
With respect to environmental pollution matters, Mr. Wozniak
works closely with insurers and their counsel to understand
the scope of the technical and coverage issues and to
develop strategies that will result in well-documented and
favorable resolution of claims. Mr. Wozniak's expertise
encompasses an array of industries from complex mining sites
and operations related to industrial facilities such as
refineries, foundries and chemical plants to drycleaning
facilities and confined animal feeding operations.
In the environmental remediation and Brownfield arena, Mr.
Wozniak provides expertise in developing effective
strategies and technical solutions for addressing
environmental impacts relating to property development and
liability management. He has successfully negotiated site
redevelopment, remedial program optimization, and site
cleanup/closure. He is an expert in environmental
engineering, with emphasis on soil and groundwater cleanup.
In addition, Mr. Wozniak provides regulatory compliance and
engineering consulting to industry clients in areas such as
water and wastewater treatment, storm water management and
risk management programs.
Mr. Wozniak is responsible for developing and leading the
Emerging Environmental Challenges research and training
program at Johnson Wright. Our clients participate and
benefit from these training programs by receiving continuing
education (CE) credits while staying abreast of future
environmental liabilities and risks for their industry.
