Johnson Wright, Inc. (JWI) has created a new division to provide
clients with a higher-fidelity understanding of the complex
environmental problems, both technical and financial, that they
may face. This division leverages and expands its
industry-recognized capabilities in future-cost modeling for
environmental site-remediation systems into broader systems
analysis areas for both natural and engineered systems.
Utilizing both robust data analysis and systems modeling, JWI
provides the analysis, integration, and optimization of
interrelated financial, operational, and environmental impacts
from alternative operational strategies. As a result, JWI is
providing clients with a realistic understanding of the critical
system factors and then working with those clients to determine
an optimized solution.
For example, JWI is currently applying this approach with
clients who want to understanding the business costs associated
with their greenhouse gas reduction programs. JWI is utilizing a
greenhouse gas emission modeling that is specific to these
clients by incorporating the details of their operational
activities. By first identifying the relevant GHG emissions
categories for their operations and then independently modeling
both operational GHG emissions and operational costs, JWI
determines the expected cost/benefit of various GHG reduction
strategies in a robust way, even when some of the important
aspects of the operations are uncertain. Ultimately, these
results are realistic and transparent so the client has
significantly increased their confidence that the GHG reduction
strategy has been optimized to meet their goals in a cost
effective manner.
If your organization is wrestling with complex and interrelated
financial, operational, and environmental systems, JWI would
like to discuss our services and how we can provide value to the
decision-making process.
